These General Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between KEK Psycho Solutions GmbH, Sirnach TG (hereinafter referred to as “Practice”), and its clients.
All employees are subject to confidentiality obligations towards third parties in accordance with professional law and data protection regulations.
A counseling/therapy session usually lasts 50 minutes and takes place at fixed, pre-agreed times.
The client has an obligation to cooperate. Therapy requires a willingness to actively cooperate.
Clients are treated in accordance with established psychotherapeutic guidelines and professional standards.
Agreed appointments are binding. If an appointment cannot be kept, it must be cancelled at least 24 working hours in advance.
a. Fees are based on time and effort.
b. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.
You have the right to terminate the ongoing treatment at any time.
I have been informed about the process and options for counselling / coaching at KEK Psycho Solutions GmbH.
I hereby declare that I understand the confidentiality obligations of Ms. Katharina E. Kossmann.
All documents and data are stored by KEK Psycho Solutions GmbH in Switzerland in a manner inaccessible to third parties.
The place of jurisdiction for disputes is the registered office of KEK Psycho Solutions GmbH in Sirnach.
These General Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time.
